The NSE is at 4044.50 down 0.96%. CNX IT is up 1.52% while Bank Nifty is down by 3.63%. Top Nifty gainers so far are Infosys (+2.3%), HCL Tech, TCS, Hero Honda, Satyam Computers (all above +1%), Wipro, Tata Steel, ACC and Hindalco (all marginally up).
Top Nifty losers are ICICI Bank (-7%), HDFC, HLL (both -3%), PNB, Bharti Airtel, Zee Limited, SBI, MTNL, Tata Motors and ONGC (all -2%)

The market sentiment seems to be more of a wait - and - see today. Nifty is at 4053.30 and is down 0.74%. IT Stocks are positive. CNX IT is up 1.49%. Bank Nifty is down 3.45%.
Only 1 script in the Bank Nifty is advancing while 11 scripts are declining. Kotak Bank is up 1.5%. ICICI Bank (-7%), OBC (-6%), UTI Bank, Canara Bank and PNB (all down over 1%) are currently in the red.
