The media had reports on June 02, 2007 that Rallis India Ltd. may acquire a stake in Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
Rallis India Ltd has vide its letter inter-alia stated, “We wish to inform that at present there is no proposal under consideration by the Company for acquiring a stake in Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited.”

The media had reports on June 02, 2007 that Fortis Healthcare Limited has set up a joint venture with DLF to set up hospitals across the country with an investment of Rs 6,200 crore.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
Fortis Healthcare Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,”The Company has existing non-binding MOUs with some of the real estate developers including DLF Limited for joint development of hospitals, medical centers etc. These MOUs have been in existence prior to the listing of the Company and, the Prospectus of the Company dated 25th April, 2007 had mentioned the same, Further, these MOUs have not resulted into definitive agreements so far. Further, the company has not entered into any fresh MOU/Joint venture with DLF recently”
