Intra-day BSE Realty Index Movement – October 9, 2007

The Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. announced the launch of BSE Realty Index on July 9, 2007 to mark its 133rd Foundation Day.

The ‘BSE Realty Index’ on October 9, 2007 opened at 9136.70 and touched an intra-day high of 9780.22 to close the day at 9750.40, up by 467.18 points, 5.03% from its previous close of 9283.22. It touched an intra-day low of 8970.77.
