Intra-day BSE Realty Index Movement – October 25, 2007

The Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. announced the launch of BSE Realty Index on July 9, 2007 to mark its 133rd Foundation Day.

The ‘BSE Realty Index’ on October 25, 2007 opened at 9742.64 and touched an intra-day high of 9843.35 to close the day at 9807.30, up by 46.77 points, 0.48% from its previous close of 9760.53. It touched an intra-day low of 9682.59.

Markets open green, trading firm – October 25, 2007

Asian markets are trading mixed today. With the SEBI Board Meeting on P-Notes, the rest of the day developments are critical

ING Vysya Bank announced its Q2 numbers yesterday which are largely in expectations of the market.

The Indian markets opened in the green today. Good trading is seen in BHEL, ONGC, Maytas Infra, Reliance Petro, Cipla, TCS are in the green. Union Bank, Unitech, Wipro, Dr. Reddy, HDFC opened in the red.
