Markets closed week continuing in positive for Indian Markets The closing trading day of the week continued in the positive. NSE and BSE both ended in the green by closing bell.
NSE Nifty closed at 5932.40 points and is up 1.12%. Nifty Junior is up 1.25%. CNX IT is down 0.14% while BANK NIFTY is up 3.94%. CNX 100 closed up 1.14%.
Amongst CNX IT Infosystch,GTL,Moserbear,Mphasis and HCL-Insys closed in green while Patni,HCL-Tech,Subex,Satyam Computers and Wipro closed in red.
On the Bank Nifty,SBIN,Bank Baroda,Union Bank,HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank closed in green while Corporation Bank and Canara Bank closed in red.
BSE Sensex closed at 19,976.23 points and is up 251.88. Both BSE Midcap and BSE Smallcap indices closed less than a percent up.
Top sectoral indices gainers include Auto,Bankex,Consumer Durables, FMCG, Health care and IT.

The Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. announced the launch of BSE Realty Index on July 9, 2007 to mark its 133rd Foundation Day.
The ‘BSE Realty Index’ on November 2, 2007 opened at 9908.43 and touched an intra-day high of 10379.45 to close the day at 10327.90, up by 136.39 points, 1.34% from its previous close of 10191.51. It touched an intra-day low of 9874.82.
