The derivative contracts in the underlying NIITTECH has crossed 95% of the market-wide position limit on November 21, 2007. It is hereby informed that all clients/ members shall trade in derivative contracts of NIITTECH by offsetting their existing positions till the open interest comes down to 80% of the market wide position limit.

The media had reports that Deccan Aviation Limited may go for reverse merger with UB Group’s Kingfisher Airlines.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
Deccan Aviation Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,”We wish to inform you that, no proposals relating to merger of Kingfisher Airlines with the Company, has been considered by the Board of Directors of the Company as on date.”
