HDFC Mutual Fund makes changes to Fund Managers

Starting April 2, 2007, there will be two major changes in the fund mangers for some of the schemes managed by HDFC Mutual Fund.

Chirag Setalvad, Senior fund manager will be the fund manager for HDFC Capital Builder Fund, HDFC Long Term Advantage Fund, HDFC Children`s Gilt Fund (Saving plan and Investment plan), HDFC Multiple Yield Fund- Plan 2005 (Equities) and HDFC Balanced Fund.

Anand Laddha, Assistant Manager (Equities) will be the fund manager for HDFC MF Foreign Securities schemes  for making investments in ADRs, GDRs, Foreign Securities and Overseas Exchange Traded Fund (ETFs) .

Dividends announcements for HDFC Top 200 & HDFC Capital Builder Fund

HDFC Mutual Fund has announced dividend for two of its funds – the HDFC Top 200 and the HDFC Capital Builder Fund

A dividend of Rs. 5 per unit of  HDFC Top 200 Fund (HT200) was announced. HDFC Top 200’s objective is to generate long term capital appreciation from a portfolio of equity and equity-linked instruments primarily drawn from the companies in BSE 200 index. The fund takes BSE 200 as its benchmark. The NAV of the fund on 9-Feb-07 is as follows:
