Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has vide its letter inter-alia stated, “We would like to clarify that the company has not decided regarding bonus issue and confirm that the company has not given any information regarding announcement of bonus issue to the media/ any other person and therefore we have no comments on the source of the news item.”
