The media had reports on June 02, 2007 that Rallis India Ltd. may acquire a stake in Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the companies.
Nagarjuna Fertiliser & Chemicals Ltd. has vide its letter inter-alia stated,”The company totally denies the information published in the media in the matter of Rallis India acquiring stake in the Company.”
