The media had reports that Tech Mahindra Limited may bag a $250 million order from a European telecom company.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
Tech Mahindra Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,”We wish to clarify that as of now the Company has not bagged any such contract as mentioned in the news item. The news item appears to be based on rumors.”
