The trading in equity shares of J.K.Industries Limited shall be recommenced on the Exchange pursuant to scheme of arrangement w.e.f. March 19, 2007. Trading shall be in the Normal Market Segment – Compulsory Demat (Rolling Settlement) for all investors.
