Stock markets take gap down opening, Realty, IT stocks down

Indian stock markets took a gap down opening this morning. Nifty is at 3934.15 down 1.28% while Sensex is down 129.74 points and is at 12972 points. Realty, IT and Consumer Durable stocks are down.
CNX 100 is down 1.46% while the broder CNX 500 is down 1.41%. CNX Midcap is down 1.68%. CNX IT is down 2.95% while Bank Nifty is down 2.09%.
Top Nifty losers in the early trades are HCL Tech, Suzlon, Tata Motors, Satyam, DLF, Sterlite, TCS, Unitech, Reliance Communications and Cairn. Top gainers on the Nifty are Ranbaxy, BHEL, GAIL, Hero Honda, Hindustan Unileaver, ITC, National Aluminium, BPCL and Reliance.
BSE Midcap is down 1.64% while BSE Smallcap is down 1.43%. FMCG is the lone sectoral index in the green on the BSE at the moment. Akruti, Anant Raj, HDFC, Indiabulls Realty and Sobha Developers stocks are hard hit this morning.
